Russia-Ukraine SITREP for 18 JUL 2022 23:59* PDT - Day 145 - Who Moves First, Day 2

We did not produce a full report today because both belligerents are deep into the famous fight scene in the movie They Live. (is that an obscure enough reference?) If you haven't seen it, it is a cult classic.

It is day three of getting back to fighting and there isn't a lot of fighting. We have a deep analysis today on why, and as we were finishing up, the good folks at the UK Ministry of Defense backed up our point of view. Also - maps are back (keep reading, there is more).

On the subject of cliches, and cult classics, we even got to use the line, "winter is coming."

We also have updated the maps! They now show missile strikes for both belligerents (missile and HIMARS for Ukraine). We have started linking to the source content. This is an added benefit for our audience. You can view the map by clicking here.
