The big story is if you took away artillery and Multiple Launch Rocket Systems (MLRS) from both belligerents, there wouldn't be much of a war to report on today. The front is frozen, Russian forces have no combat strength to mount any meaningful offensives, and time is not on Russia's side.
A chorus of analysts, military experts, and governments echoed our assessment from yesterday - Russia's active duty military, not just in Ukraine but the whole military, is at a culmination point. Even Pro-Russian social media account Rybar gave a shockingly candid and grim assessment of the situation.
