Russia-Ukraine SITREP for 22 JUL 2022 23:15 PDT - Day 149 - Phase 3 Never Started, Now What

Today's report is 21 pages. What's the big story? The big story is there have been almost no Russian offensive attacks anywhere in Ukraine in 48 hours. The General Staff already published the morning report for July 23 (local time), and there were only a couple of pockets of fighting in the Bakhmut area. Are Russian forces taking the operational pause they needed to take?

The other news is the deterioration of the situation for Russian forces in the  Vysokopillya salient and in Arkhanhelske. Up to 1,000 Russian troops are at extreme risk of being captured with limited options.
