Thank you, everyone, for the good wishes, patience, and understanding. Dr. Mrs. Malcontent is very sore, her wound is packed, and she is taking a handful of pills every few hours, but she is home. Setting expectations, tomorrow will likely be follow-up visits and wound care. I would expect a short Situation Report.

What's the big story? Phase 3 of the war started, but Russia didn't start it. Although not shock and awe, all signs point to a Ukrainian counteroffensive of significant scale in Kherson.

HIMARS were very busy over the last 48 hours with multiple strikes in Russian-held territory in Kherson, Donetsk, and Luhansk.

There have been more improvements made to the map. We now show where Russia had control before February 23, 2022, insurgent attacks and we have adjusted the line of conflict and contested zones. We spent a lot of time as a team looking at topography and geography and moved lines in many places to where we believe defensible positions existed for both belligerents. It was put to the test today in Kherson, and we nailed it. A skirmish between Russian tanks and Ukrainian artillery was on the projected contested territory line.
