What's the big story? Operational tempo was low across all of Ukraine. Both belligerents appear to be positioning, consolidating, and preparing.
The second story? Not everything is as it seems, and the problem with disinformation and misinformation, even when it is subtle, can lead people down more dangerous paths.
Editor's Note: There was a lot more activity off the battlefield than we anticipated. I know a lot of our readers are awaiting our report on Mariupol, but we want to give it the attention it deserves. We have pushed it to December 2, and fingers crossed for a quieter day.
