Russia-Ukraine Flash Report 17 FEB 2023 23:10 PST - Missile Attack Ongoing
Added 2023-02-18 07:09:28 +0000 UTCRussian cruise missiles from strategic and tactical aviation and the Black Sea Fleet are incoming toward Ukraine. Vitaly Kim, Mykolaiv Oblast Administrative and Military Governor, reported.
We don't know how many launched. Russia deployed three surface frigates and a Kilo-class submarine with the potential capacity to launch up to 28 Kalibr cruise missiles, which moved straight to launch positions. Russian Bear Net went active about an hour ago.
The Situation Report will likely be"combat only" due to the missile attack.

Thanks! I haven't had a chance to listen yet (been a couple of bad nights with a teething baby). Glad the damage was minor compared to previous attacks.

We understand that their stocks of Kalibr are low, so I wonder how worried we are at their ability to launch a full 28 missile salvo potential? And was it paired with air launched salvos from Belarus and from over the international border?
