If you follow our Twitter or TikTok, you know there was a superhuman effort made to accurately determine who was behind the Bryansk border raids, their connections to Ukraine and Russia, and the likely motivation.
If Russian President Vladimir Putin unintentionally declared the incident a "terrorist attack," it turned out he was accurate.
A little bit of an epilogue to our work overnight. There are members of the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK) who were members of the Azov Battalion (pre-2018 purge) or are/were members of the Ukrainian Territorial Guard. However, the RDK does not operate within the command structure of the Ukrainian Armed Forces as a unit.
The main reason we were able to quickly unravel the truth from the fog of war is our research and coverage of white nationalism in the United States starting in 2019, and finding the Russian connections starting in 2020. There was a lot of information already available.
But I'm cooked - so there will be a Mini SITREP tonight, and we'll be back to our usual coverage tomorrow.

Make sure you all decompress and have time off to relax. A twice weekly report for a couple of weeks isn't going to be a problem. Things aren't really happening all that rapidly right now
