Added 2023-05-09 08:32:49 +0000 UTCA lone T-34 tank led the victory day parade. The rest of the vehicles were MRAPs, Infantry Mobility Vehicles, S-400 antiaircraft missile launchers, mobile ICBM launchers, a handful of armored personnel carriers, and Iskander-M launchers.
There were no Grad, Smerch, or Tornado-S launchers, no infantry fighting vehicles, no self-propelled howitzers, and no "wonder weapons" such as the T-14 Armada or the Terminator armored fighting vehicle.
Most of the "troops" were cadet officers from area academies like last year.
No flyover was scheduled for this year's parade. There is a shortage of pilots, which is not a unique problem in the Russian Federation.
