Where is the map?
2023-07-21 12:05:14 +0000 UTCThis whole BRICS Summit thing seems to have really rankled the Kremlin and I don't really get why they even picked that fight. Peskov could have said a long time ago that Putin is "too busy" and Lavrov will attend instead or some other time-honored copout. We would all have known why, but we are not his public. I really don't get if it is just a badly played hand or there is something more about the "intricate diplomatic issues" that made them push so hard.
