• Russian Ministry of Defense claims that the village of Novoselivske has been captured
• Russia bombed a blood transfusion center in Kharkiv, killing two and wounding four
• The Donetsk Oblast Military Administration announced that 130 children would be evacuated, by force if needed, from nine settlements in the Lyman area
• The occupied city of Donetsk was hit by artillery rounds and Grad rockets fired by multiple launch rocket systems
