What's the big story? Romania announced that it is strengthening its defenses along the Danube River and will start joint naval exercises in the Black Sea and the Danube River delta with Ukraine and the United States next week. The United Kingdom announced they were flying air patrols over Black Sea shipping lanes to protect vessels carrying Ukrainian grain. In other news, there wasn't a drone attack on Odesa today.
