What's the big story? We've gone from it's a goodwill gesture to a withdrawal to more strategically advantageous positions to we never were conducting an offensive in the first place.

- Russian forces continue to systematically destroy free Kherson
- Three Russian soldiers have been arrested in occupied Kherson and are under investigation for murder
- Russian missiles and drones struck Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, and Kirovohrad
- A Russian transformer farm was struck by a Ukrainian drone in Belgorod, Russia
- Ukraine is leasing air defense systems from allied nations through the winter months to better defend critical infrastructure
