What's Happening
What's the big story? Russia and Ukraine trade advances from Kupyansk to Klishchiivka - a lot of map changes.
What's the second story? In the last week we've seen improvised mortar launchers and this weekend a new piece of Russian equipment entered the theater of war - the GAZ-MM-V from World War II.

- Ukrainian air defense shot down nine Shahed-136 kamikaze drones near Odesa
- Russia continues to destroy Kherson with artillery and bombs
- Ukrainian forces remain in Krynyk on the left bank of the Konka River
- There was an attempt to poison graduating pilots from the Armavir Military Aviation School in the Krasnodar Krai region of Russia
- Partisans in Russia sabotaged railroad equipment in the Vladimir region
- MMA fighter Ilyas Yakubov was arrested in Moscow and charged with “publicly justifying terrorism”
- Ukrainian investigators are examining a new type of drone that was cottage industry built with a Chinese engine from the Alibaba website
- British Intelligence estimates that Russia has lost 150,000 to 190,000 troops who were killed in action or permanently disabled and another 240,000 to 290,000 that were wounded
