I love this song! The hospital thing actually happened. Suga talks about how he once had to take Hobi to the emergency room when he was sick, and even carried him on his back (We Love BTS 2019 on YouTube). Also, it's not Adora singing background, but a singer from a Gospel Choir. You can see her doing her part in the On Commentary Film: Dialogue. Thanks for reacting to this!
