Update April 2020

This month has been...rough.

I try not to get too personal with my updates, but I may as well give you some perspective of what's been going on and why I've been absent.

To begin with, I live with family (my sister and brother-in-law). I basically maintain the house in exchange for living space. The beginning of this month, my family's basically been furloughed from their respective jobs (my BIL being an exception since he's a coder). Everyone's been stressed and in a state of uncertainty.

The state I live in is pretty bad with the situation, and the city I live in is right next to a "hot spot" as the news calls it. It's one thing to choose not to leave the house, but to have that choice not be a choice anymore is suffocating.

I've been more depressed than normal and I've been unproductive because of it. I really thought 2020 was gonna be THE year, but I dunno anymore. Spending one's 30th birthday in a state of despondency kind of kills any form of motivation.

Sorry for being a bit of a downer.

At any rate, attached is a small sketch collection from this month in a .zip file.

With how things are, I think I'm going to make some changes to my Patreon. I'm not going to do a month by month basis thing. I don't think it's working out. I'll have to mull over my "game plan" and come back on Monday with the changes.
