A world where elastic and compression are commonplace

The story is set in the distant future, where humans are no longer able to live on the surface of the earth due to war or something, and are forced to live underground under the control of AI.
In order to live underground, where space is limited, humans have developed elastic bodies and ways to move and live using them.
The main character is a woman who works for the Elastic Life Improvement Bureau in such a world.
Her job is to use her body to further improve life and become a tester.
