The opening sentence, coincidentally pretty much sums it up for me. I rarely make plans and really should have known better as they rarely if ever come to fruition, and never on New Year and especially on or around my birthday. It was foolish to think otherwise. I had just about 4hrs sleep in 48hrs prior and spent most of my birthday so very tired laying on my bed with feelings of dejection and my thoughts having a firm grip of my mind. All too familiar...:( And to top that my pup who injured her knee being silly chasing around like puppies do, spent a day at the vets. It's a worry as it's not healing as expected and she's so young. So we were both sad cuddling up together. So suffice to say i didn't get to do what i had planned for a while now and wanted/needed to do. Oh yes, in the wrong direction, my own not so nice downward spiral. And with hypnosis it can manifest with my mind and body by being very restless and fidgety, agitated making it difficult to follow and because i can't focus on your words. I could imagine a black and white spiral and my mind being pulled, spun in one direction then another, feeling of being pulled deep into the centre of the spiral not a sensation that is easy to describe exactly. Like my mind was glazed over as well. It's always a comfort to me when i feel my mind settling down into a peaceful quiet state and i am forever grateful to the powerful hypnotist who can put my mind back in a much nicer place by whatever means he chooses in a file :) Thank you Sir. ❤️
