I should probably stop trying to listen to new files right before bed, I'm always falling asleep during or even before I get to the file. I put the normal induction before this, and a fraction file, but I fell asleep before I even got to the fractionation file. I did attempt a re-listen this morning around 8am, and I did actually get to the file that time, and it was very nice.

I listened to this with great interest. I haven't felt the need to listen to a reset file as of yet and this file implies choice of what to keep or let go of. Subject Agency. What is that ? I'm not sure if i am aware of all hypnotic triggers but the ones i have and work for me i want to keep. And likewise with post-hypnotic effects. I have heard Sir mention subject agency before and i didn't know what it was or what it means to have it. I read a little about personal agency and it's four basic characteristics...the fact that i didn't know says it all really. For me it's not suggestions i want to clear out, it's the thoughts i have of not being able, confidence, or the right tools to act on those suggestions, a lot of only if's and what if's, could've, would've should've, hesitancy, procrastination stuff in my head. apparently that's more akin to those who have low personal agency. If this file can help with clearing out that stuff consciously or unconsciously and help make some space for improving ones experiences. And when i have a really lovely experience and there have been many...and sure enough thoughts turn to the only if's and so on... The trance was absolutely devine, with the progressive relaxation, it helped with the curse of overthinking i have a hard time with. A very interesting file indeed and an helpful aid in many ways. And although "Your Mind is Your responsibility" is an absolute. It's a testament to how credible and well respected as the hypnotist you are because you CARE how hypnosis affects your subjects, positively or otherwise. Respect to you :) Thank you Sir. ❤️
