slow start to the year. holiday fatigue in the first week, trouble setting up my new computer in the second week, and trying to stay on top of all the patron sketches. well here's the first comic of 2025!! here we can see some of my new years resolutions put to practice, like how i want to play around with composition instead of making each panel look identical, or how i want to draw more costume changes. what kind of clothes might suski wear this year?

ngl im having trouble coming up with ideas lately. i still want to stick to some simple one-off gags, at least until i can come up with another interesting story arc. i might have to dip into my dream journal to get some ideas, so maybe things will get a little surreal. im trying to stay optimistic about things, even though this comic is actually political commentary about deregulation in the agricultural industry causing outbreaks of foodborne illnesses every 2 weeks for the past 8 years. they say that art reflects the world in which it was created or something like that
