Cap/Cymic 2020 Blog Post-Stravaganza!

Howdy howdy everybody!

Cap (and Cymic44 of course) here with a big 'ol end of the year blog post trying out something new!

What  a year 2020's been, huh?  Good, bad and everything in-between pretty  much every single, solitary person across this planet will have a story  to tell the rest of their lives about their experiences through the  pandemic.  We've all gotten to see some of the brightest goods and  darkest bads that humanity has to offer over these twelve months and now  we approach 2021 with optimism that things will improve for the months  to come.  Despite it all, Cymic44 and I have been doing our best through  it to keep with our regular pace and provide everybody with the small  bits of fun that have hopefully kept you guys excited to see what we  have in store for the future.

Now for those that have  followed myself in the past, I used to do my big 'ol "Cap's Log" posts cataloguing all the content we've been up to, what's coming up and so  forth but to be completely honest, DeviantArt's Eclipse update pretty  much killed all the love and enthusiasm I had for writing large swathes  of content on that site.  It became evident pretty quickly that while I  love DeviantArt for allowing me to enter our community and post  everything I want to my heart's content (insofar as the type of content  allowed there) that Eclipse was meant to make the site something far  different than it used to be, hiding journals and very much  double-downing on the Art-side of DeviantArt.  Why take  the hours it would be to catalogue all the stuff when they pretty much  made it so you had to actively hunt down journals to read it?  I used to  just have them there as something that popped up and was on the side of  my profile, but that's alright.  It just means we get to try something  new with writing out big swathes for everybody!

Enough about me though, onto the meat and potatoes of why we decided to write up this big 'ol post!

Over the course of 2020, including Patreon series and picture packs we've released 19 different stories (Also excluding straight sequels, or else Susan's 10  parts would almost double that by herself :v).  That's a fair bit of  content in just a years time and we've only been preparing for that much  more in the future!  Cymic and I continue to love our attempts to be  creative and bring our storytelling and characters out to you guys, then  subsequently grow them in fun and crazy ways!  We certainly continue to  plan on that but we thought it'd be fun to give you a little sneak peek  of what 2021 has in store:

- An Amazon Among Us 2  (Insert famed streamer game sus reference here so you don't have to) has  only just begun!  As our sequel to our first major story outing on  DeviantArt, we can tell you it's going to be going for quite a while.   Buckle up and enjoy the show!

- Natano's Evolution has  reached a fevered pitch and is well over half-way done.  That doesn't  mean her story is over though, far from it!  Cymic and I have certainly  gotten very experimental in trying some new transformations here and  that's only going to continue into the next two sequel series still to come.

-  A BIG Vacation 2 is our longest series to date.  We're just passing the  200th page recently and there's still a very hefty amount left to go.   This one was a love letter to everybody who saw the first series as our  first "major" story and we hope you guys continue to enjoy this one to  its fullest.  After that though?  Well, our Friday posts before BIG  Vacation tended to be filled by a few big bimbos...

-  Bimbo Quest F-3 is also trucking along fairly well!  This will be the  final part in the F-Series for now, but we have plenty in store for  Sunday posts so I wouldn't be too worried.  Besides, between Bimbo Quest  and Bimbo Quest F, there's still some very mysterious gems to figure  out the origins of!

- Also in 2021, while we won't be  doing an explicit sequel to Big Boober (That was a ton of fun, but it  was also an immense amount of work) we WILL be doing another Monday series with audience participation!  It's best  to take the lessons learned for now and try something different, though  that doesn't mean Big Boober won't return either.

-  On the Patreon side of things, it is very likely we will be seeing the  end of Susan's adventures by the end of 2021.  Susan is so far our  longest Patreon series and something we tried to handle differently and  slowly compared to the fast-paced nature of many of our other stories.   The two of us are very happy with the response to the story so far and I  can assure you all the build up will be well worth the reward in the  end!

- We also experimented with more transformation  content on Patreon through The Lab: Take Home Test and we were happy to  see people supportive of that as well!  One of the worries Cymic44 and I  have always held is the potential "split" in our community between our  DeviantArt-Esque expansion fans and the Twitter-Esque Transformation  fans.  We cater to a lot of different things so it makes for a lot of  different types of content for people to like and dislike.  We'll  probably be attempting more like that in-between Susan's antics again  this year.

- On top of all of that, we'll also be  attempting something new in the style of "Pay-What-You-Want" stories and  picture packs from time to time.  Why?  Well Cymic44 and I sometimes  make too much content or enjoy experimenting with a  project that ultimately won't fit our release schedule.  These will  most likely be released to Patreon and given the Pay-What-You-Want 0$  entry over on E-Junkie in the occasions that we release them (We so far  have 1 in the backlog).  Think of them just as happy extra story bonuses  we might throw out at you guys from time to time when the mood strikes  c:

With that I think we've been able to address pretty  much everything!  We got our usual train of holiday-related antics  coming your way soon enough (and lots of cameos and gifts to friends in  our Tuesday pin-ups) then it's onto a hopefully far improved 2021!  As  usual, Cymic44 and I couldn't thank you guys enough for all the love,  support, patronage and so on that you bring to us each and every year.   You're all able to change both of our lives in such a positive way that  I still can't think of wanting to stop any time soon (Which sucks for  Cymic since that means he's the one stuck trying my new whacky ideas).   The two of us hope you all get to have a nice, safe and happy holiday  season and appropriately flip off 2020 as we celebrate the future going  forward!
