I'm a morning person too.Don't have a heavy meal at least 3 hours before you go to sleep.Keep well hydrated and you need a lot more stretches to warm up before starting any routine.Adorbs

I’m definitely someone who hits the gym in the afternoon. I’m nocturnal so... But good for you! I do think it’s healthier to hit the gym in the morning. I love to complete a workout with a few minutes of meditation in a quite space. What tricks do you have?
