So, Photoshop Crashed...
Added 2017-10-19 15:25:26 +0000 UTCI had just done a "save for web" of this preliminary take on a desktop wallpaper featuring Bristlecone when Photoshop crashed. In fact, my whole PC crashed, complete with a QR code for the error.
"Save for Web" means I hadn't actually saved my work in a way that would let me make meaningful tweaks. The layered PSD file is not in a state that reflects *any* of this. Oh well.
I'll eventually go back in and start over. Until then, here's a desktop wallpaper which is a genuine one-off. The next time I do this it will definitely look different.

Thank Heaven you only lost 10 minutes of work. When I first saw the post, I had nightmare-inducing visions of you having lost a lot more than that.

2017-10-19 15:50:36 +0000 UTC*shrug* I lost about 10 minutes of work. The individual elements—starfield, textured background, ship, border effect—are all saved. They're just in different files.
