And sometimes I’m just like everyone else, hoping she’ll read my love notes and runaway with me. (Post COVID, of course, because Canada is locked down at the moment.) Honestly though, if you’re hoping I’ll be able to take your idea that you keep posting and present it to her, know that she reads all of these comments.

As for Dint and Dent, they are actually two completely different words that have slightly different meanings for basically the same thing. In the metaphorical use case like "The rain is putting a dXnt in the wild fires", I'd say Dent was correct. But I am over summer. It's probably my least favorite of all seasons to begin with and I am tired of the smoke and the fires and the heat...
