2023-05-10 16:45:28 +0000 UTCI personally don't think watching the director's cut will make much of a difference. It would also make syncing with full length more cumbersome. I think it's important they watch the two OVA's though.

2023-05-10 15:37:28 +0000 UTCI don't know if you guys have decided yet if you will watch the director's cut or not. I have made clear in the past that I would highly recommend it. But on another note. There are 2 OVA's that released between season 1 and season 2. I would highly advise you to watch them. They are important to the story. Though they released between season 1 and 2 they are supposed to be watched after episode 11.

2023-05-10 15:28:04 +0000 UTCYou brought up the question of how long Re:Zero wants to run: Season 1 (25 eps) -> Arc 1-3 Season 2 (25 eps) -> Arc 4 I'm not going into rumors about season 3 even though season 3 itself got confirmed, so from here on out i stick with size of Arcs ratio compared to past anime adoptions eps count. Arc 5 -> ~18-22 eps Arc 6 -> ~25-30 eps Arc 7 -> ~25-30 eps Arc 8 -> currently ongoing Author confirmed he wants to wrap up Re:Zero in 11 Arcs and newest hints from the Author point to 12 Arcs.
