Something seems off about it, but I'm not sure what. Maybe fresh eyes will help.
I tried to make her more busty than the what I'd draw as the average superhero. As artists change back and forth on print comics, characters rarely ever keep anything unique physically about themselves, but at one point she was depicted as being busty.

George Perez said at a panel "Anytime I left a book, the new artist gave the characters new haircuts and simpler costumes." Spoiler's stance may be the problem, her left leg doesn't look like it's supporting her much and suggests weakness, like she's knock-kneed. Having the batons gripped so low makes it look like they're not ready for use as well.
