Pulse 416 WIP 4
Added 2021-01-23 13:39:35 +0000 UTCGetting really close. I still have to fix a few mistakes, draw Richard in a few panels, do all of the extra shading and lighting, and write the dialog.
I'm not sure if the transition from the first two panels is too severe. Maybe I should redraw Annie starting to land in panel one, or indicate she's knows she's starting to run out of power?
