[process] Kiribaku charm

1. Rough sketch to make sure the general shape works for a charm
2. More detailed sketch, I decided on no mask for Bakugo so his face was more visible
3. Clean lines, adjusted the hands from the sketch a bit, using my own hands as reference, which I do quite a lot when drawing hands I might find challenging
4. flat colors - I've drawn them before, so I based the flats here off the colors I used on previous drawings
5. Added shading, keeping it pretty simple since it'll be sized down for a charm
6. Color adjustments, adding some orange/yellow overlays to account for the light coming from Bakugo's little explosion
7. Final touches, adding a star burst in the background, which will be semi-transparent on the charm
