1. Layout sketch on paper. scenes with more going on like this are.. sometimes pretty hard for me to interpret later if I'm too sloppy here.
2. Digital sketch - decided on what cameos were going in the page here (Gannet and Bailey from Avialae, Toga and Shigaraki from BNHA, Andrew and Neil from The Foxhole Court)
3. Inks/lineart! This page took me a stupidly long time ;; it's not the most complex compared to other artists' crowd scenes but I'm a pretty slow artist and the more bodies you put in a scene, the longer it'll take me.

4. Flats! I knew I was gonna put a ton of color-altering layers on top of these so I didn't worry too much about the coordination of the colors here tbh.
5. Added shading for the background - several multiply layers with a grey-blue to give the room a darker look.
6. Added background details, like the 'webs' and lights to make it more halloween themed.

7. Shading on the foreground characters - there's a basic 'normal' shading layer, as well as a layer with gradients to make the edges darker here.
8. Shading on the main characters. Still with that gray-blue on a multiply layer.
9. Added another multiply layer on top of everything with a gradient from the edges to make them even darker.

10. Alrighty here's where the bigger color changes happened - on top of everything, I added two overlay layers. One is a bright purple and one is a bright red. I messed a lot with what colors to use here, but this is the combo that I ended up liking the look of. They're just solid colors over the whole page on 'overlay' on lower opacities.
11. Added a slight blur to the people in the foreground so they were less of a visual focus.
12. Final touches - I added another overlay layer in which I put some bright purple spots just kinda... around. And then one more layer with some soft dust particles.
All done!
