Theurgy Part 2 teaser & update

Hello hello! SO Theurgy was originally only meant to be two Parts but I got a little out of hand with writing and now it is (at least) three. yay, more Theurgy! That means I'm currently writing out the kinks in the next two books right now, so it's taking some time. For Part 1, I very much just had a rough outline and wrote specifics as I went, but.. to make sure the story lands at a reasonable page number and such I really needed to write a bit more detail into these remaining chapters before I jump in. That being said, I believe I am DONE writing Part 2, so I've started doing final scripting and layout sketches -- I posted a public announcement about this but Part 2 updates will begin for patreon on March 5th!

But here is a teaser from a scene in Part 2 for now! I didn't reformat this from the way my notes look so you can see how causally I write stuff since it'll mostly be visual. It's a mess haha. I put the image at the bottom of the post so folks who don't want spoilers get a warning first!

Someone approaches Gabe’s table, asks to join him. It’s Aurelius, a demon. Gabe looks confused, he doesn't know him, and as he's trying to figure out what to say, the guy continues “Ah, sorry, sorry, I should introduce myself first. I’m Aurelius. I think we have a friend in common - Desideratus?” Gabe isn’t as confused but this news is not comforting, “Oh, uh. Yeah I know Des.” He sits. Gabe is nervous but he isn’t a baby “So uh.. If you’re friends with Des… are you - um -- are you a --?” Aurelius smiles “Yes.” Gabe is Nervous and he is now a baby “oh. Okay. um, then what -- sorry, I don’t mean to be rude but -- is there something you want from me?” Aurelius grins wider “Oh, yes, so many things. But for now I just wanted to meet the human Desideratus was spending so much time with. I’m just curious what my good friend is up to, is all.”
