Added 2023-12-11 14:32:09 +0000 UTC■今日はかかりつけの病院へ。ここ二週間ほど、持病である喘息のコントロールが不十分で薬が増えてしまいましたが、仕方ないですね。気温がこんなに上下するのでは厳しい…。
I went to the hospital today. For the past two weeks, my chronic asthma has not been adequately controlled, and I have had to take more medication, but it can't be helped. I can't help it if the temperature goes up and down so much.
