In my case, the characters are usually generated concurrently with the story, and the character's appearance and other settings are filled in as the story requires. So, the female bandit I posted yesterday starts out with her upper clothes torn from the beginning, so I haven't properly thought out the design settings for her jacket in the first place. ...I feel a little sorry for her.
