I am going to bed early today because I am going to the hospital tomorrow morning. The purpose is for the COVID-19 vaccination. It is the last shot that the government budget allows.

早めに寝ても、ここ最近はずっと悪夢か悪夢寸前の奇妙な夢ばかり見てしまい眠りが浅く、多分今晩も期待はできないとは思いますが。
Even if I go to bed early, I have been having nightmares or strange dreams on the verge of nightmare s all the time lately, and my sleep is shallow, so I probably don't have high hopes for this evening either.
