Intel Corei5-13600KFの電力制限解除200ワットでの運転は、現状では90~100℃での稼働となりほぼ限界一杯。おとなしく定格で運用するのが一番ですね。
Intelの13世代・14世代Coreには「K」付i7・i9での劣化問題があり、i5はひとまず大丈夫そうですが…。
My room temperature is 29°C today. It was just right, so we reviewed the PC's cooling fan configuration and conducted an all-out operational test.
The Intel Corei5-13600KF was running at 200 watts with the power limit lifted, but the current operation was at 90~100℃, which is almost at its full limit. It is best to operate it at rated power.
Intel's 13th and 14th generation Core has a degradation problem with i7 and i9 with "K", and i5 seems to be OK for the time being....but...

This is a pet theory, but I believe that if you are going to paint on a PC, you must know about PCs to some extent. ...If I have PC trouble in the middle of the night just before a deadline, I cannot call a friend who knows about PCs. I have to do something about it myself. Just like when you fly in a single-seat airplane.
