Added 2024-06-04 16:25:51 +0000 UTC■今日はロードバイクのチェーンを交換しにお店へ持ち込んだりしていました。だいたい3000kmが交換の目安と言われていますが……5800㎞ほど走っていました！ 最近はかなり力を入れて踏んでいるので、新しいチェーンはそれほど長持ちはしなさそうです。
Today I had to take my road bike to the store to change the chain. It is said that about 3000 km is the recommended time to replace it, but I had run about ......5800 km! I've been stepping on it pretty hard lately, so it doesn't look like the new chain will last that long.
