昨日と今日、2日続けてサイクリングにでかけていました。走行距離は2日で約210km、獲得標高は約3900ｍ。ちょっと走りすぎましたね。
Yesterday and today, I went cycling for two days in a row. The distance traveled was about 210 km and the elevation gained was about 3,900 m. I think I ran a little too far.
