Sculpting and Painting Flame

This completes the Contemptor Dreadnought as well. On to the next adventure!

From Vallejo, Black, White, and Deep Yellow.
From P3, Khador Red Highlight.

Damn, that is very interesting. I like it! Definitely adds more thoughts to a piece than without it. I imagine a smoky raven covering them in the fog of war. But also, for gaming, I can see the problem haha. Always a battle between display and playing pieces.
2022-10-01 22:07:41 +0000 UTCI thought the point about cinematic effects not always working was pretty interesting. Awhile ago I made a giant cotton raven to go behind a raven guard librarian as a spell effect. I think it works well in pictures, and from the front and sides, but top down in games its a bit weird (thank fully it has magnets and is removeable).
