BIG DEAL - Face Swap in Animation Test!?

This is a very significant test. I know we've all seen my FaceSwaps so far, but this is how it appears in motion!
The Good News and Bad News is, this is the best I'll ever be able to get it to look.
The lack of eye movement and blinking is a little off-putting, I can't trick the computer into thinking very specific and realistic facial movements are happening when they're simply not. Not to mention this is a static expression. In action, it'd probably fall apart.
This is about as good as it could possibly look, and it's far from perfect.
I need to hear from you. What do you guys think?

Thank you man. I needed to hear that. Don't get me wrong, it'd still my animation with a face swap over it, but the face just doesn't act in ways I can control, and that's very frustrating as an animator. It's hard, because the medium can be pushed so far, with the right application. But when I started this quest 4 years ago, I'd never imagine I'd be training deep fake models. That wasn't in the job description and this field is hard enough as it is! You've given me something to think about....thanks for writing
