First Ever Blender Animation Workflow!!

Here is a workflow of animating a scene played at 700x Speed!
The animation process is INTENSE, but the results, ARE WORTH IT!!!

Thanks Cap, for such a wonderful comment, but believe me, you've done things I could never do. I'd love to send you a full workflow, perhaps...slowed down a bit, but start to finish. I promise, if I can do it, anyone can!! I'm the least tech-savvy person ever. ( Took me an hour yesterday to figure out how to even record my screen)
