If I block them, it will stop their payments but if they want to continue later, they wont be able to. Waiting for an answer for 10 days and I really dont know what to do :/

It’s Christmas, so they’re probably out of town or something. Don’t worry. It’s their responsibility to check and get their downloads. I am at my parents’ for Christmas and didn’t bring my computer but will download everything when I get back home! It’ll probably work itself out:)

You should send them 3 more additional emails and 3 Patreon messages to let them know you're still trying to contact them and the changes. If they still don't reply, they could just be supporting, and just let them know that you have files for them, for when they do reply, so you can update them in the future.
