Version 1.1 includes 26 custom blocks and you can use the reference document included to see what blocks have been changed.
New blocks:
Gold
Stone
Nether bricks
Birch door (Scifi door 1)
Remember that this is ultra high resolution texture pack and in no way designed for optimal game play but for having fun and enjoy building things that looks stunning in HD.
Playing survival mode with my texture pack is not recommended if you are looking for performance ;-)
