Outfitted with six powerful kinetic rail guns, a massive nose particle cannon, and a compartment of up to 26 ryders, the Sagittarius Class is the embodiment of the Neutral Rim War's doctrine of warfare - fast, capable of penetrating shields, and well supported by ryders. The widespread deployment of the Sagittarius Class several years ahead of predictions sparked panic in the Alliance Intelligence Community and is a testament to the success of Veniczar Fontana's Fleet Modernization Project.
Daring ryder jockeys note that the Sagittarius-Class' point defense guns have particular difficulty shooting straight in front and directly behind the ship, but few can survive the onslaught of fire from its ryder wing.
