Dragon's Lair - early access

Hallo
I had a bit of a laugh with this one. It's fun to get back to my crappy greenscreen roots. I think I'll do more of the same, if you like it.
Thank you for supporting this channel and the stupid character. I have a real love/hate relationship with her/him but now that I'm concentrating on making videos that I find fun to do rather than trying to keep an algorithm happy it's much better for me.
Continue to be awesome
Louis x
Hope you're doing well, Louis. We haven't heard from you for a few months, but take all the time you need. Remember that you're awesome and Octavius King and her videos make a lot of people's lives better. Best regards.

Great video! There was a DVD version of Dragon’s Lair released when DVDs were a big thing about 20 years ago. HBomberguy did a great video on the legacy of dragons lair, apparently at one point there were plans for a laserdisc based console which would play another animated fantasy quest game that was more interactive, fascinating stuff!

I wouldn't have thought that you can turn the utter BS that is Dragon's Lair into such a fun and entertaining video but here we go. Thank you!

We LOVE the crappy greenscreen antics, Louis. So glad you're making videos you enjoy - it really shows in the end product 😊
Thanks for the personal update at the end, and for just pressing publish - I know that wasn't easy. I appreciate everything you do, and will support you however I can. You keep being awesome too, mate ❤️

So glad to see you having fun, and what a fantastic video. Cheered up a grey and rainy day no end. I remember being -desperate- for Dragon's Lair 3 on the Amiga in the '90s for -years- , and when I finally got to play it on a mate's A1200, learning that it was a (beautiful) game that you completed in something like fifteen to twenty waggles of the joystick was a bit of a disappointment. Still, saved Mum some dosh at Christmas, and we got Superfrog instead (best. game. ever.) so yay.
Enjoying what you make is the main thing; whenever you're enjoying something it'll come through, and that's way better than forcing something out just for an algorithm.
Be happy, be safe, be surrounded by glorious rats.

Last Dragons Lair game I've played was on the Atari Jaguar CD, the video quality was quite poor but it works despite it's insane difficulty.
