Yes, I remember it from back in the day! I even remember seeing a guy at GenCon with the fairies tattooed on the backs of his calves.

Panel 2 of page 2 really made me squirm! :o That larva does look like fun. I have to admit, when she took that Potion I was half expecting a "Bondage Fairies" ending, but I suppose even rats have their needs. You've seen Bondage Fairies, by Kondom, right? One of the best H-Manga ever!
