She is one of the few alive to remember the times when Earth was often a battlefield between angels and demons. As a witch, she maintains the balance between the human world and the supernatural one, protecting the hard-fought peace from being lost again. She hails from Eastern Europe, a region that, until the recent century, was rife with the often destructive battles between Heaven and Hell. Now there is something strange going on and witches around the world are in turmoil; strange incidents happening between Angels and Demons causes Yaga to take center stage again. Somehow I think she has missed the fighting.
