Despite being celebrated by her peers and commanding officers, she became a PR disaster for the ADF after causing so much raucous wherever she went. A defiant spirit she fled the ADF before she was to be discharged and now acts as a merc gun-for-hire in the outer rim of the galaxy for pirates and smugglers.
Even though severe sanctions against eugenics and genetic manipulation exist, Joanna underwent numerous experiments that spliced animal dna into human dna. Increasing her senses, strength, agility, and sex drive beyond normal human limits.
