If you plan to leak this version publicly to pirate websites, may I ask you to wait for this Saturday so we'll catch more audience since there's more traffic during the weekend, please ?
I honeslty have no idea if you have to start from the begining again or if your save from v0.2 will work, possible issue if you load from v0.2 is to have Nina's quest not updated (but that's fine since there is no content for her in this version), and Anna's influence will be reset to the right maximum amount only when you'll make one activity with her.
If you see that something's wrong, just start a new game.
