I'm trying to get 0.3.1 out next week, Donna's content is done, only Sarah is left.
However, it needs more time for cooking, new locations, sandbox mode interactions, text corrections, and character portraits remakes, all of which take time, so I can't guarantee it will come on time.
But I'm sure you've tried 0.3b, and I hope you like it.

All the content of Donna in 0.3 is completed (story, graphics, code).
Ben's home design and rendering, and icon design.
Bug fixes.
