Added 2023-07-22 21:55:06 +0000 UTCI think because of the previous episode and the general arc of this show I'd largely braced myself for the pain in this episode but damn I wasn't at all ready for the end of that Madrid match. They really just had to sucker punch me with friendship huh. Anyway, one episode left and I fear I will be left a shell of a person when I have to say goodbye to this show

When I first watched this ep, my heart broke into a million pieces. Like you said towards the end, I definitely did replay that little section of happiness between Hee Do and Yi Jin just to console myself a little lol. As much as it hurts, I love the way this drama has portrayed how life a lot of the times don't go as smoothly as you planned and that things happen, but it contributes to you as a person as you grow up. I'm sad there's only one ep left to watch with you but it's been a great ride! P.S. Maybe have some tissues ready for next ep..

Eventhough she has won a Best Actress award for a mini drama, but this made her become a more known and established actress. The way she played a student athlete and her emotions makes me realised what an actress she is

2023-07-23 04:02:31 +0000 UTCI think it’s because this show is targeted towards adolescents/ younger adults in their 20’s and 30’s, it just hits that much harder seeing Heedo and Yijin grow apart (along with everyone else to an extent). We’ve all experienced irl and can feel the times changing in the show- yet a part of us, the viewer still holds on to the hope of a happy ending like in fairy tales- even though that doesn’t always happen in real life. I love how this show can both capture the beauty and pain of growing up, and it’s definitely changed my perspective on how I view life now. I can’t wait for the finale next week! (P.S- Man, growing up sucks sometimes. Haha.)
