Here is Mystery Of Milfs 0.0.5.2 with Multi-language patch. Now we have English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, French, Korean, German and Russian. You will have to download the whole game, because there are some quick fixes and re-renders in 0.0.5.2, can't just have one patch do everything. About 500M.
