I get that on the patreon app alot too. If I close it then re-open it says im not following anyone. I go through my account to bring up your page and it says you havent posted any content yet. I have to leave it open in the background foe about 30mins before i can see anything. It also sends notifications days later so i figured it was just a buggy app or something.
